These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all orders placed on the website www.mulancosmetic.fr

By validating an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.

1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

The products offered are described with the utmost accuracy. In the event of temporary or permanent unavailability, Mulan Cosmetic undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to offer an exchange, credit note, or refund.

2. ORDER

Any order placed on our site is firm and final after payment validation.
Mulan Cosmetic reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute or anomaly in the payment process.

3. PRICE

Prices are indicated in euros including tax , excluding delivery costs.
Mulan Cosmetic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without notice, while guaranteeing the price in effect at the time of the order.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal (in accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), without justification.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, at the customer's expense.

7. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
